Chipped Beef Party Ball


8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1 Tbs. mayonnaise
1 Tbs. chopped dried chives
1 2.5 oz. pkg. corned beef, chopped
Chopped green onions to taste
Garlic salt to taste
1/2 c. chopped pecans


Combine cream cheese, lemon juice and mayonnaise in mixer bowl; beat until well blended. Add chives and corned beef; mix well. Mix in green onions and garlic salt. Chill in refrigerator until firm enough to shape. Shape into ball; roll in pecans to coat. Serve with assorted crackers or bite-sized vegetables. May add a small amount of lemon juice and mayonnaise to make consistency of dip if desired.
