Chicken Salad


2 chicken breast halves
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
Salt to taste


Bake chicken at least 1 hour. Cool, remove skin and bone. Cut in amsll pieces. Add onion and celery. Add enough mayonnaise to get desired consistency. Add salt to taste.
