Cheesy Oven Fries
Ingredients:
3 large baking potaroes, thinly sliced
2 c. onions, thinly sliced
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. In large bowl, toss potatoes and onions with oil until well coated. In small bowl, combine seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper. On large baking sheet, evenly spread potatoes ans sprinkle with spice mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Turn with spatula to redistribute, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake an additional 15 minutes.
