1 lb. ground beef

Bacon drippings
2/3 c. bottled barbecue sauce
6 split hot dog rolls, toasted and buttered


Mix ground beef lightly with salt and pepper; shape into 6 sausage like rolls. Pan-fry over medium heat in bacon drippings, turning often, 10 minutes; pour barbecue sauce over. Simmer, basting meat once or twice, 5 minutes, or until lightly glazed. Serve in toasted hot dog rolls; spoon any remaining sauce over.
