Black Forest Mushrooms


1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. olive oil
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped green pepper

2 Tbs. Dijon-style mustard
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. molasses
2 Tbs. sherry
Freshly ground black pepper to taste


Saute onion in oil until transparent. Add mushrooms and green pepper to onion, stirring often. Combine sauce ingredients and stir into vegerables. Cook over medium heat, stirring until sauce thickens.
