Beef Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 rib of celery, chopped
2 c. cooked beef, cubed
1 c. macaroni, cooked
1 can tomato soup
2 Tbs. cheese , grated
1/2-1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Cook onion and celery in melted butter for 5 minutes; add beef and brown. Add macaroni, tomato soup and salt to taste. Top with cheese; heat thoroughly at 350 degrees.
