Bechamel Sauce


2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1 1/2 c. milk, boiling
Salt to taste
Seasonings as needed for dish in preparation


Melt butter. Blend in flour. Add boiling milk. Stir, until well-blended, to boiling point. Add seasonings. Stir.
