Baked Lemon Haddock


2 lbs. haddock fillets
1 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbs. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. garlic powder


Cut fish into serving size pieces. Place in a greased 11x7 1/2x2" baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
