Applesauce Meat Loaf
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Tbs. minced onion
2 slices dry toast, cubed
3/4 c. applesauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbs. brown sugar
2 Tbs. ketchup

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except sugar and ketchup; press into bottom of baking dish. Combine sugar and ketchup; cover loaf. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
