Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
15 to 20 medium-sized apples
1/2 lb. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs

Directions:
Mix sliced and peeled apples. brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, and put in ungreased oblong baking pan.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and eggs and put on top of apples in cake pan. Put slabs of butter on top of this and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
