Angel Hair Pasta with Olive Oil Pesto
Ingredients:
1 Lb. Angel Hair Pasta
1/2 cup Green Olives (minced)
1/2 cup Black Olives (minced)
1/4 cup Onions (minced)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp.Butter or Margarine
1 tsp. Oregano
1 Lb. Angel Hair Pasta
1/2 cup Green Olives (minced)
1/2 cup Black Olives (minced)
1/4 cup Onions (minced)
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp.Butter or Margarine
1 tsp. Oregano
Directions:
Combine Green and black olives, sun dried tomatoes, onions, crushed garlic, butter, olive oil, and oregano in a medium pan and sautee over medium heat until butter is melted and onions begin to carmelize. Reduce heat, cover and allow to cook while preparing the pasta as directed on the package. When pasta is cooked and drained, mix pasta and sauce in a large bowl and serve.
